Return Policy

We think that you will really love tooktake and we want you to be happy with your tooktake order. If you have any problems, received the wrong items or a damaged item or have any questions about your order please email us at hello@tooktake.com and a real person will help you.

Tooktake happily accepts the return of unopened and undamaged goods within 14 days of your purchase date. 

Tooktake will refund the purchase amount for the product only, we do not reimburse for shipping costs if any were incurred. 

Since we are a small business, at this time we can not give refunds for subscription orders that have already been shipped. All subscriptions are managed by the subscriber and can be canceled by the subscriber at any time before the shipment is sent out. 

We do not provide paid return shipping to tooktake.
